Holding a First-Class BEng in Manufacturing & Production Engineering from Lancaster University, Scott combines technical industry knowledge with over a decade of recruitment experience to help businesses attract and retain high-calibre engineering, operational, technical, and leadership talent.

He works closely with manufacturers across the UK, delivering permanent, interim, and contract recruitment solutions whilst building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
